Nancy Arnold

I'm Nancy Arnold, a REALTOR® with The Charles Reinhart Company in Ann Arbor. I help buyers and sellers throughout Ann Arbor and the surrounding communities, from first homes and condos to move-up and family homes. Two areas where my experience makes a particular difference are selling a home for a strong price without it sitting on the market, and guiding buyers who are relocating to the area through a market they don't yet know.

Before real estate, I spent more than 20 years as a Certified Athletic Trainer and personal trainer, helping clients reach their goals one step at a time. One of those clients was a REALTOR® who was growing her team, and in 2013 I joined the Elizabeth Brien Team. Learning real estate was like learning a new language at first. Today, the habits I built as a personal trainer shape how I work with every client: I explain each step, I show you the numbers, and I make sure you always know what comes next.

Since then, I've helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes. I've been a member of Reinhart's President's Club every year since 2019, and in my best year I helped 31 families. For sellers, my first priority is giving your home the widest possible exposure so it doesn't sit. More than once, my paid social media campaigns have drawn more views on a home than its own listing on Zillow.

I've lived in Washtenaw County since 1997, including 14 years in Dexter, so I know these neighborhoods as a resident as well as an agent. For buyers moving here from out of state, that means I can tell you what a street is really like on a weekday morning, not just what the listing says.
